Dorset Police offering driving courses

Dorset Police are offering driver courses, which will be available from 6th January 2012 at various locations across the county.

The courses run for 2 hours and cost £5 (payable on the day).  Group discussions will include observation, distractions, safety margins, dual carriage ways and motorways and roundabout driving.  These courses provide an opportunity to update your driving skills and knowledge, helping you deal with ever changing road conditions, and can reduce your risk of becoming involved in a road collision.  If you are interested, or require further information please contact the Road Safety Team on 01305 224558, by email at roadsafety@dorsetcc.gov.uk or on line at www.dorsetforyou.com/dorsetdriver

Dates and venues available:

Friday 6th January at Weymouth and Thursday 19th January at Wimborne ,both commencing at 10am.
Monday 6th February at Dorchester and Tuesday 21st February at Gillingham both at 2pm
Friday 9th March at Bridport at 2pm and Thursday 22nd March at Poole at 10am
